Chad Fontaine

I am a Green Bay native with 15 years of Licensed Insurance knowledge, with the last 12 focusing solely on Medicare and Medicaid in all 50 states.  So wherever you are or wherever you go I will be able to land with you and be there for you.  My biggest passion is helping people understanding the sometimes and confusing, everchanging Medicare and Medicaid world. 

My life outside of OnMedicare LLC is definitly my Family.  My beautiful wife Sarah, my Son Connor is in College and my Daughter Carlee is in Middle School, along with two crazy dogs Mazie and Olive!  As a family we are very involved with our Church, and we give all the credit to God for where we are now in Life and Thank Him Daily for the Opportunity to work with people here at OnMedicare LLC.
