LIFEX Employment Qualifications

 

To be eligible for LIFEX employment and associated benefits, applicants, their spouse, and dependents must respond “No” to all health-related questions on the LIFEX Assessment Questionnaire.

 

Additionally, the primary applicant must agree to complete required health risk assessments periodically throughout the year.
