LifeX Agent Contracting Process

Welcome to LifeX!

Thank you for your interest in LifeX. Please review the contracting process below so you know what to expect and how to move through each step. 

You will see Compass Health Consultants (CHC) referenced throughout the contracting process. Compass Health Consultants assists LifeX with administrative work and agent contracting. 

You will be receiving a series of emails this will guide you through when to expect each email and what is likely in them. Use this as a refrence guide to help keep you organized.

Getting Started Is Simple!

To Get Started With Contracting You Can ​​

What Happens After You Submit?

  • Complete your contracting application.

  • LifeX will review your submission.

  • You may be contacted if additional information is needed.

  • Once approved, you will receive confirmation from LifeX.

  • You will then gain access to agent resources and begin training.

Contracting Process Overview

Step 1: Welcome Email

Action Items:

  • Provide NPN

  • Submit E&O

  • Submit PDB Report

  • Upload Voided Check

  • Complete CHC Direct Deposit Form

Step 2: LifeX Appointment Request

When to Expect: Within 1–3 Days

Action Items:

  • Submit State Appointments

  • Complete Downline Recruitment Service Agreement

Step 3: Recruiter Welcome Email

Subject: Welcome New Recruiter

When to Expect: Within 1–3 Days

Action Item:

  • Complete Recruiter Quiz

  • Study Guide Listed Below 

Step 4: Enrollment Platform Access

Subject: Enrollment Platform Credentials

When to Expect: Within 24–48 Hours

  • Review Welcome Letter

  • Access Enrollment & Management Links

Welcome to Compass Health Consultants!

We have received an onboarding request on your behalf. To proceed, please complete the onboarding form provided in the email.

Once the form is completed, please watch your email, junk, and spam folders for additional instructions.

You will receive separate communications for each carrier with whom you will be initially contracting. These communications will be sent after your onboarding information has been verified and completed.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your direct leader or contact the CHC Contracting Department.

Example Email #2: Contracting Confirmation

Compass Health Consultants Contracting has received your request to onboard with LifeX.

You have been asked to provide the required documentation for contracting. Once all onboarding requirements have been completed, the carrier contracts requested on your behalf will be sent for review and signature.
