By registering with Chad Fontaine with OnMedicare, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions designed to ensure compliance with carrier requirements, industry standards, and applicable laws. Chad Fontaine will use automated text messaging to communicate with members and prospective members regarding appointments and upcoming events. Users can expect to receive messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, event dates & times, and other relevant information.

Users must explicitly consent to receive messages from Chad Fontaine. This consent can be obtained by filling out an online request form and scheduling the appointment online themselves. Users can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP" to the sending phone number. Upon receiving the "STOP" message, a confirmation message will be sent, and no further messages will be sent to that user.

Users will receive no more than three messages per week leading up to the event or appointment. If the frequency varies, it will be indicated in the message content.

Chad Fontaine is committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy ensures that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All data will be held privately in-house.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use this website and its services.
By accessing or using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we determine that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may suspend or terminate access to the website and its services without prior notice.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from users.

Chad Fontaine reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
